Can I use my Excel list?
Yes. Upload it as it is or paste the rows. Confirmalia recognizes the columns and lets you review everything before saving.
What do I need for each guest?
Just their name and WhatsApp number. You can add everything else whenever you like.
What if I upload someone twice?
Nothing happens. If the guest is already on your list, they’re updated instead of duplicated.
Can each guest have a different party size?
Yes. Each guest or family has their own party size, which is used in the invitation and at the door.
